Return Address + Variable Data Addressing to print with variable name and address (Recipient's Name & Address) in the address area for an additional charge. Upload your envelope design as a print ready PDF or design your envelope in the Designer Studio. Upload of Address List Excel File occurs on Checkout Page. Please make sure return & recipient's addresses are in desired font(s).

Place the return address in either envelope locations:

• Front-Upper Left
• Back-Flap

• Front-Center Addressing Area

Your return address can be added to the front in the upper left corner, the front in the center of the envelope (for enclosure return envelope) or on the back flap.

We will send you a multi-page proof file showing a preview of each address parsed onto each envelope.

No Hard Proof (Print ASAP) – Process & print my order without a hard proof. Design will only be soft proofed by previewing artwork on website.

Selecting this option and completing order indicates that artwork has been approved by the customer and is ready to go right into production.

Printed Hard Proof (Standard USPS - $5) – Quantity of one (1) x printed hard proof will be printed/produced and mailed through the United States Postal Service.

Customer will be notified through e-mail that hard proof has been mailed/shipped. Please respond back to e-mail once proof is received to either APPROVE proof or to notify us that EDITS need to be made before entire order goes into final production.

PLEASE NOTE: Hardcopy proofs must be approved by the customer for order(s) to be put into production. Mailed hard proofs may extend production turnaround time. Printed hard proofs are the best way to ensure final printed order is exactly how you want it.
