SHIPPING POLICY

Cornerstone Copy Center will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. 

Remember – Estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days and doesn’t include weekends, holidays or the day the package is shipped.

Cornerstone Copy Center should be notified by the customer if there’s a delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. If notified of loss or damage of the order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving order(s), Cornerstone Copy Center will replace the order at no additional cost to you.  

To receive the replacement –

  1. Notify us within 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the order or Services.
  2. Verification of the problem – Take a photo of the issue or in some cases return the entire order to Cornerstone Copy Center.
  3. Once issue is verified, we will rerun the order with rush turnaround time and shipping.

Please note that full refunds are not usually possible after order has been put into production.
