Cornerstone Copy Center arranges for shipping with a carrier on behalf of the buyer. The buyer retains full responsibility for the established shipping and handling cost. Estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is shipped.

Notify Cornerstone Copy Center if there's a delay in delivery, loss or damage to the order in transit. If notified within 14 days of order(s) recieved, Cornerstone Copy Center will replace the order at no additional cost to customer.


To receive order replacement:

1. Notify customercareteam@cornerstonecopy.com within 14 (fourteen) dats following the receipt of damaged order or insufficient service.

2. Issue Verification - Document the issue through photograph(s) and/or returned order, to verify your need for replacement with Cornerstone Copy Center.

3. Upon verification, we will re-produce the order with "rush" production, turnover priority, and shipping.

Please note, full refunds are rarely possible after an order has been submitted/approved by the customer and moved into production.
