Our Shipping Policy

Cornerstone Copy Center arranges for shipping with a carrier on behalf of the buyer. The buyer retains full responsibility for the established shipping and handling cost. Estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is shipped.
Notify Cornerstone Copy Center if there's a delay in delivery, loss or damage to the order in transit. If notified within 14 days of order(s) recieved, Cornerstone Copy Center will replace the order at no additional cost to customer.
 
Order Replacement Process
1. Issue Notification: call or email customercareteam@cornerstonecopy.com within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the damaged order or insufficient service.
 
2. Issue Verification: Document the issue by photographing and/or returning the order, to verify your need for replacement with Cornerstone Copy Center.
 
3. Issue Resolution: Upon verification, we will re-produce with "rush" production, turnover priority, and replacement shipping.
 
 
NOTE
Full refunds are not guaranteed after an order has been approved, submitted, and moved into production.
