Memorial Programs (Folded) (MEMORIAL)

Half Fold: Each sheet will be folded in half to create 2 panels.

• No Printed Proof: No printed proof will be produced. The entire order will be fulfilled without customer proof and approval process.
• Printed Proof - Store Pickup: Your printed proof will be ready at the store location selected as soon as possible, typically 1-2 business days. We will call you when your proof is ready for viewing.
• Printed Proof - USPS: A printed proof will be mailed to you via USPS. It will usually arrive in 5-7 business days. You will be notified when your proof has been mailed with a tracking number and instructions. 

Important: We will not begin final production until you approve your printed proof to print AS IS or WITH CHANGES. When your proof has been completed, you will be emailed with instructions how to Approve or Make Changes to your order artwork. Your order will remain on hold until you contact us about your printed proof. 

PRODUCTION TIME -

Production time is the number of business days it will take to print your order.

• Production time does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
• Shipping time is calculated separately and not included in production time.
• If your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST, production time starts on the next business day. 

Business Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST.
We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

If your order is placed Friday after 12:00 pm CST or Saturday or Sunday, 
production time will begin Monday. If Monday is a holiday, production will 
begin the next business day that is not a holiday.

If you need your order by a specific date/time, we will do our best to accommodate 
your needs. Write the date you need your order in hand or delivered by in the
