Please contact us with any questions, comments, or problems you may have. Together, we will work to address all inquiries and correct any complications. Though full refunds are not possible after an order has been submitted for print, if you find any errors with your paid & completed product that fall under the responsibility of Cornerstone Copy Center, you can send it back to us and we'll re-run the order at no additional cost to you.
Receive Your Replacement
  1. Notify Cornerstone Copy Center within fourteen days of receiving your order or service.
  2. Verify your issue by documenting or returning your full order to a Cornerstone Copy Center location.
  3. Your order or service will be reproduced with Rushed Turnaround Time and complimentary shipping, once the issue has been verified by Cornerstone Copy Center.
Terms & Conditions - Error Responsibility
c. Errors. Cornerstone Copy Center will correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, or printing delays, if notified within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the order or services provided.
Cornerstone Copy Center is not responsible for any of the following errors:
Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation, Damaged Fonts, Low Resolution Images, Incorrect Graphics/Images or Design Elements
User is responsible for submission of "Print-Ready" files:
Press-Ready Digital .PDF files at 300 or greater DPI, including full 0.125" Bleed along all edges and Cropmarks.
