Types of Adoption Profiles
 

Adoption Profile Booklets

 

Printing & Production Specifications:

  • Finished Booklet Size: 8½ x 11 inches
  • Binding: Saddle-Stitch (Fold & Staple)
  • Cover Paper: Choice of 100 lb. text weight paper or 100 lb. cover weight card stock
  • Interior Paper: 100 lb. text weight paper only.
 

Page Count for Booklets:

Minimum: 8 pages | Maximum: 40 pages

  • Page counts include front and back cover pages
  • Page counts must be divisible by 4
 

Adoption Profile Single Cut Pages

 

Printing & Production Specifications:

  • Finished Page Size: 8½ x 11 inches
  • Binding: Single Cut Pages (No Binding)
  • Paper Options: 100 lb. text weight paper only
  • Printed Sides: One-sided & two-sided printing available
 

Page Count for Booklets:

Minimum: 8 pages | Maximum: 40 pages

  • Page counts include front and back cover pages
  • Page counts must be divisible by 2
 

Printed Sides:

Two-Sided:

  • The entire project will be printed on 100 lb. text weight paper.
  • We will print on both sides of each sheet (double-sided).
  • There is no difference in price for this option.
     

One-Sided

  • Your booklet project will be printed on one side of each sheet on 100 lb. text weight paper.
  • Since we will use more sheets of paper for your project, each set of pages is priced slightly higher.

Deleting Pages:

Depending on the number of pages you need for your project, you may need to leave some pages blank.

  • The design studio will still prompt you for page counts in multiples of 2.
  • Please specify at checkout under Delete Pages which blank pages you'd like deleted
    (not printed and/or included in the Shareable PDF File).

There are no price adjustments available when deleting extra pages from this product.

 

3-Hole Drilling (Additional $10 per order):

Drilled with 5/8-inch holes for standard-size binders. Available on single cut pages only.

If you plan to order this option, be sure to design your pages to allow at least 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch margin on the binding side of each page so that text and/or critical elements do not get punched into.

 

 

Adoption Profile Brochure

 

Printing & Production Specifications:

  • Finished Brochure Size: 8½ x 11 inches
  • Page Count: 4 Page Brochure
  • Paper Options: Choice of 100 lb. text weight paper or 100 lb. cover weight card stock
  • Size before folding: 17" x 11"
  • Folding: Half fold
 

Converting to Single Cut Pages:

For those who don't need a half fold brochure, select to have your project converted and
printed as single 8.5" x 11" pages.

 

Adoption Profile Letter

  • Finished Letter Size: 8½ x 11 inches
  • Printed Sides: 2-Sided Printing Only
  • Paper Options: Choice of 100 lb. text weight paper or 100 lb. cover weight card stock
 
Shareable PDF File
 

Shareable PDF File

 

For an additional fee, Cornerstone Copy Center will provide customers with a watermark-free sharable PDF file that can be emailed as an attachment and then viewed on-screen by the recipient. For questions about attaching files in an email message, please refer to your email provider and/or email software. It is important to understand the following regarding this PDF file:

  • The PDF Shareable File is optimized for on-screen viewing only.
  • It will be protected so it will not allow printing or editing.
  • Since there is an added fee for this option, we only recommend ordering this on your
    final order after your project has been completely proofed.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for email delivery of the PDF Shareable File after purchase.
 

Cornerstone Copy Center press quality files without watermark can only be printed by Cornerstone Copy Center. Press quality files and/or printable Shareable PDF File of your Adoption Profile are
not available for purchase.

No Shareable PDF File is needed, so Cornerstone Copy Center will print and produce the physical printed profile(s) only (No Shareable PDF File will be e-mailed).

 

2. Include Shareable PDF with Printed Profile(s):

Cornerstone Copy Center will provide a watermark-free sharable PDF file along with the physical printed profile(s) that can be emailed as an attachment and then viewed on-screen by the recipient.

  • The PDF Shareable File is optimized for on-screen viewing only.
  • It will be protected so it will not allow printing or editing.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for email delivery of the PDF Shareable File after purchase.

Shareable PDF file cannot be printed
& a printable version isn't available for purchase.

 

3. Shareable PDF Only, No Printed Profile(s) Needed:

Cornerstone Copy Center will e-mail a watermark-free sharable PDF file ONLY that can be emailed as an attachment and then viewed on-screen by the recipient. Shareable PDF only, no physical printed profile(s) will be produced with this option selected.

Digital Proof for Agency Proofreading:

At Cornerstone Copy Center, we have invested in the technology and developed the tools that help our customers accomplish their goals.

Cornerstone Copy Center’s digital services offer you a seamless digital printing solution. Let us help you integrate our digital printing services into your company’s strategy or your individual printing needs.

 

Hard Proof Options:

1. No Hard Proof (Print ASAP):

Process & print my order without a hard proof. Design will only be soft proofed by previewing artwork on website.

Selecting this option and completing order indicates that artwork has been approved by the customer and is ready to go right into production.

 

2. Printed Hard Proof (Standard USPS - $5):

Quantity of one (1) x printed hard proof will be printed/produced and mailed through the United States Postal Service.

Customer will be notified through e-mail that hard proof has been mailed/shipped. Please respond back to e-mail once proof is received to either APPROVE proof or to notify us that EDITS need to be made before entire order goes into final production.

PLEASE NOTE: Hardcopy proofs must be approved by the customer for order(s) to be put into production. Mailed hard proofs may extend production turnaround time. Printed hard proofs are the best way to ensure final printed order is exactly how you want it.
