Nickol

Graphic Designer

I started working at Cornerstone Copy in April of 2024. I have a bachelor's degree in art history from Columbia College Chicago and an associate's degree in graphic design and web design from Minneapolis Community College.

My favorite part about graphic design is the beginning of the design process. I enjoy learning about the client and their story, idea, or need for a design. Figuring out how to bring something abstract and conceptual to something tangible and in print is challenging, but also very rewarding.

When not at work, you can find me getting lost in a good book or exploring nature in state parks by hiking, riding my bike, or camping. I enjoy spending time in the kitchen trying new or unique recipes, painting with watercolor or oils, digital photography, and bird watching.

My favorite color, aquamarine, is a combination of two of my favorite colors, which also happens to be my birthstone.
